Tabitha has over eight years of legal and business experience and has consulted on a wide variety of matters, including business partnerships, capital raising and business contracts. Previously, she worked in pharmaceuticals and mergers & acquisitions, on both buy- and sell-side transactions, in a variety of industries.

    Most recently, she has owned and operated a home remodeling franchise as a family business. Her business and franchise experience provides her with a unique perspective on franchise ownership and the due diligence required when evaluating franchise opportunities. She also has a consumer bankruptcy practice which lends insight into the personal financial implications of business decisions.

    Tabitha has a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Florida and a J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law. She enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, traveling, gardening, learning new skills and pursuing business opportunities.
